Mold Inspection and Testing:
Mold is everywhere. It is part of the natural environment. When present at elevated levels in the indoor environment it can potentially cause negative health effects. For some people, mold can cause a stuffy nose, sore throat, coughing or wheezing, burning eyes, or skin rash. People with asthma or who are allergic to mold may have severe reactions. Immune-compromised people and people with chronic lung disease may get infections in their lungs from mold. And, for some, it may do nothing at all. Mold is also one of the most common allergies and allergy triggers.
Radon Testing
Did you know that Radon, a naturally occurring cancer causing, radioactive gas, can be found all over the U.S.? Did you know that just because
there is no issue at your neighbors house doesn't mean there isn't one at yours? Or that it is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S.
Testing is the only way to know if you and your family are at risk and we can help! Using a CRM, or, continuous radon monitor, your radon test will be performed with results available on the day the test ends.
VOC Testing
You inhale the pollutants and irritants in the air. They may include volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and airborne particulates whether you’re at home or at the office. Many VOCs and some particulates like mold spores may potentially pose health hazards.
